Betting On The XFL And USFL Conference Championship Games

The inaugural season of the UFL has wrapped up, and this weekend will feature championship games for both conferences. The top two franchises in each conference have qualified for the playoffs, and the top seeds have earned the honor of playing at their home stadiums.

Betting On The USFL Championship Game

There is no questioning the dominance of the Birmingham Stallions in the United States Football League. They won the USFL Championship during both of their return seasons, only losing three times during that twenty-four-game span.

When you include this year, Birmingham has amassed a total record of 30-4 and has never lost a postseason contest. However, pro football is often a game that asks, what have you done for me lately?

Birmingham has gone .500 over the last two weeks, including a narrow 20-19 win over the Michigan Panthers at home and an 18-9 loss to the San Antonio Brahmas on the road.

Tomorrow at 3:00 PM on ABC, the Stallions host the Panthers for a second week in a row and are favored to win by 5 points.

Michigan Panthers vs. Birmingham Stallions Betting Line

  • Spread: Michigan +5.0, Birmingham -5.0
  • Moneyline: Michigan +205, Birmingham -245
  • Over/Under: 43.0

Betting On The XFL Championship Game

The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, Missouri, will be the venue for both the XFL Championship Game and the UFL Championship Game, giving the Battlehawks a rare home-field advantage for the remainder of the postseason.

Once again, Battlehawks fans have topped the league’s attendance numbers, and it isn’t even close. Still, the pregame odds for gambling on the XFL Championship only rate the Brahmas as a 3-point underdog.

That may sound a little strange, considering that San Antonio has already lost to St. Louis twice this year, but the combined difference in both games totals 8 points.

Sunday at 7:00 PM on FOX, the Brahmas will try and make the third time the charm.

San Antonio Brahmas vs. St. Louis Battlehawks Betting Line

  • Spread: San Antonio +3.0, St. Louis -3.0
  • Moneyline: San Antonio +140, St. Louis -165
  • Over/Under: 43.5

Betting On The UFL Champions

Current United Football League futures reflect the assumption that both betting lines for the playoffs are accurate, as Birmingham and St. Louis are placed well ahead of Michigan and San Antonio in the odds of winning it all this year.

2024 UFL Championship Futures

  • Birmingham Stallions -120
  • St. Louis Battlehawks +250
  • Michigan Panthers +650
  • San Antonio Brahmas +650

If you plan on betting on the Birmingham Stallions to go all the way, you may want to wait until after this weekend’s results because their moneyline could slip into the positive if they have to travel to Missouri.
