Showboats Head Coach: John DeFilippo
Coach DeFilippo was the coach of the USFL’s New Orleans Breakers but was reassigned to the Showboats when his former team was not included in the new UFL. He is a quarterback specialist, and Memphis marks his second tenure as a head coach.
Showboats General Manager: Dennis Polian
Polian has executive and administrative experience at the college football and NFL level. He previously served as the GM for the USFL’s Pittsburgh Maulers and now has his efforts focused on making a UFL champion out the Memphis Showboats.
