MyBookie is offering a higher payout across the board, especially when betting on the Arlington Renegades. A bet of $1 on the Renegades at Bovada will payout at $11, whereas that same wager will result in a payout of $13.25 at MyBookie Sportsbook.
While these are astronomical payouts for a team that is among the final four XFL franchises alive in the championship hunt for 2023, there are reasons for their long odds of winning it all.
For starters, they finished with a 4-6 record this season, struggling to find the win column in 2023. They just got blown out by Houston at home last weekend, and now they must go on the road and try to beat the first-place finishers in the XFL South Division.
XFL South Standings
- Houston Roughnecks 7-3
- Arlington Renegades 4-6
- San Antonio Brahmas 3-7
- Orlando Guardians 9-1
If the Renegades intend to win the XFL Championship in 2023, they’ll need to beat the Houston Roughnecks tomorrow night first. As of this writing, the only book listed in our recommended XFL Playoffs betting sites that has a line on tomorrow’s Renegades vs. Roughnecks game is Bovada.
Arlington Renegades at Houston Roughnecks
- Point Spread: Arlington +6.5, Houston -6.5
- Money Line: Arlington +215, Houston -260
- Over/Under: 41.0
Houston beat the Renegades 23-14 in Week 2 and 25-9 in Week 10. This clear dominance has led to a spread that favors the Roughnecks by under a touchdown. A bet on Arlington’s moneyline odds to win will payout at $2.15 for every dollar risked.
If the Renegades win and move on to the XFL Championship Game, they’ll have to face the winner of the DC Defenders and the Seattle Sea Dragons. Both teams would be favored to beat Arlington in the tile game, but the Renegades’ XFL Championship odds will not deliver as much profit as they will if wagers are placed right now.
Seattle beat Arlington handily by a score of 24-15 in Week 7. In Week 9, the league’s best team, the DC Defenders, narrowly escaped the Renegades by a score of 28-26 at home.
The XFL Championship Game will be held on May 13th at the Alamodome, home of the San Antonio Brahmas. Should Arlington make it to the final game of the postseason, they’ll have the chance to play in front of a much large home crowd than either Seattle or Washington, D.C.
